Pillar Road Surface Boundary Investigation System "Kizumi 1"

Investigating the corrosion of the steel support embedded section without excavation.

Currently, investigations of the surface boundary and buried sections of the pillars with abnormalities identified during visual inspections are being conducted through excavation. In such cases, even pillars with minor corrosion require excavation and backfilling, leading to issues related to construction time, costs, and traffic regulations during the investigation. Therefore, we have developed a system that allows for the pre-investigation of corrosion in buried sections and screening surveys, which can reduce the need for excavation, inspection, and backfilling work. 【Features】 ■ Corrosion investigation of the buried sections of steel pillars can be conducted without excavation ■ Conducted by approximately two investigators, reducing road restrictions ■ On-site technicians can perform investigations after receiving training ■ Portable due to its simple ultrasonic inspection device *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

  • Non-destructive testing
